  8. To install this software, simply place the disk in drive A: (or drive B:)
  9. and enter the command A:INSTALL (or B:INSTALL).  From Windows, select "Run"
  10. from the Files Menu and enter A:INSTALL.  Follow the instructions as they
  11. appear on the screen.  Unpacking files, making directories, creating a new
  12. group, and printing the documentation is handled by the installation program.

  14. This shareware version of MOVIES TO GO! contains information on 1,000 movies
  15. (the registered version currently has 7,000+ titles, with 200 or more being
  16. added each month).  You can search for your favorite categories (comedies,
  17. drama, sports, family, etc.), actors, directors, MPAA rating, key words, year,
  18. and more.  Has the setting, main characters, possible objectionable content,
  19. trivia, authors, music, and box office gross too!  You can even search for
  20. special categories, such as Dog Movies, World War II, Family Relationships,
  21. Robin Hood, Knights, Halloween, Disney Movies, Horses, etc.  Has both a text
  22. and graphics interface.  Includes 36 page manual.

  24. Stunning graphics interface has animated icons, 3-D buttons, and graphic
  25. menus.  For example, the actor menu is displayed on a video tape, the main
  26. menu is a TV set, and the search menu is displayed on a movie ticket.
  27. Graphics version requires a VGA monitor, and a 386 class computer is
  28. recommended, but not required to run it.  Note field allows you to use
  29. MOVIES TO GO! also as a video catalog system.

  31. Requires 640K, Hard Disk, and DOS 2.1+. Mouse and sound cards are supported,
  32. but not required. Developed by ImagiSOFT, Inc., who is an ASP member.

  34. If you have seen a previous version of MOVIES TO GO!, you will notice the
  35. following improvements have been made in this version:

  37.     1) No more movies have a review which "No Review Available." Thousands of
  38.        hours have been invested during the last year making  MOVIES TO GO!
  39.        more  accurate and complete, and we are continue with this mission
  40.        each and every day.

  42.     2) You can now add a 20 character personal note to each movie (graphics
  43.        edition only).  This makes MOVIES TO GO! the easiest video cataloging
  44.        program available today!

  46.     3) We have enhanced the printing options.

  48.     4) MOVIES TO GO! now supports XMS.  Computers with 4 megabytes or more
  49.        total memory will see extremely fast searches -- about 6 seconds
  50.        for a key word search (the slowest search) on a 386 class computer
  51.        searching 7,000+ movies.
